What I like about my job, and what I believe to be the essence of personal training, is the possibility of shaping the person I follow, helping them to change their habits but above all making them aware of their physical abilities.

And then the usual questions about nutrition: - "What is the best time to eat and what to eat?" - "What supplements should I take?" - "Should I remove completely carbs or fats?" Unfortunately, this reflects a common truth: people are always looking for shortcuts, innovative methods to get a result in the shortest possible time.
