I am a former Cirque du Soleil athlete now working as a functional training coach since 2019. I specialize in strength training, conditioning, diabetes, and weight management. I am a CrossFit coach at both levels 1 and 2 and offer extensive insight into exercise science. I have recently relocated to Zurich and primarily work with busy professionals.
